Promotional Terms & Conditions

  1. There maybe several promotions running at one time on Salon Warehouse however only one promotion works per shopping cart at one time.
  2. Individual promotions and offers are stand alone.  They DO NOT work with any other promotion.
  3. Individual promotions have their own rules to activate each promotion, and the individual rule must apply to activate the individual promotion.
  4. For example, if 2 gift with purchase promotions are on offer each rule must apply for the promotion to work. 
  5. Gift with purchase (GWP) promotions are available until product runs out, with NO announcement of when this will be.  All other promotions will have an end date.
  6. Most promotional offers only apply to products listed under
    the Shop menu bar option.
  7. Trade / Professional Bulk Buy Products are NOT included in any promotion at any time.  These products are already heavily discounted.

Shipping

Free shipping australiawide on all orders over $100. All unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Our shipping costs are flat rate as follows: Standard $12.00. Express $17.95. Free shipping also applies to orders over $100.

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll notify you of any delays as soon as they happen.

We use Australia Post for all shipping.

Returns

All unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Postage paid by purchaser.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to submit a return. A return number will be provided to re-send goods. All goods must be in original packaging unopend.
