Our Return Policy

We offer refunds or exchanges of items if you are not happy with your purchase of hair care products.

Claims for refunds or exchanges must be presented within 14 days of delivery, and the item must be in the condition you received it in, not used or opened.

Please note: Professional Products are products intended for use by trained haircare professionals. These products are sold subject to hygiene and safety conditions and have different change-of-mind return entitlements compared to general retail goods. This means they are excluded from claims for refunds or exchanges within 14 days.

Refunds or exchanges will be issued when the returned item is received by us in the condition mentioned above and postage costs associated with returning the item need to be covered by the purchaser.

If exchanging an item, there will be an additional postage cost to send the new item, which will need to be paid by the purchaser before the new items is shipped.
