Terms & Conditions
- You will receive 1 of each colour available, you cannot purchase multiple of the same shade.
- Once you receive your colours, you cannot make requests to swap out colours for other options.
- This Bundle can only be purchased by first time customers, who have never made an idHAIR Professional range purchase before (aside from the idHAIR Salon Starter Pack Bundle).
- Only 1 Bundle can be checked out, you cannot add multiple Bundles to your cart (any additional Bundles purchased will be cancelled and refunded).
- You must be a Trade/Professional customer in order to purchase this Bundle.

Our shipping costs are a flat rate as follows:
- Standard $12.00.
- Express $17.95.
- Free shipping applies to orders over $100.
Products that are in stock are typically shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. We will notify you of any delays as soon as they happen.
If you are not home to receive your order or deliveries to apartments which cannot be accessed, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office.
Orders not picked up from the post office and sent back to us will receive an additional delivery fee to have the parcel redelivered.
All redelivery fees will be charged back to the purchaser.
We use Australia Post exclusively, a signature will be required on delivery unless otherwise requested.
Requests for parcels to be left without signature are at the risk of the purchaser.
